Today, I’m gonna share with you guys
how to cook one of my favorite breakfast meal.
This cake is made from rice flour
mixture with tapioca and coconut milk. Surely this tasty mixture will produce a
sweet fragrant smelly fresh coconut milk breakfast cake. All I can say is this
very yummy and succulent but savory. This is what I need to open my lovely day.
The ingredients are so simple and the
way of cooking it yet very straight. We don’t have to apply some complicated
mixing like in a way we make cake. So, I think there’s none easiest morning meal to make than this. That’s why I
suggest you guys to also being able to cook this and I think this will come in
handy to you when you are stuck in a very short of time to prepare a breakfast
meal for your family.

Ingredients:
10 tbsp granulated sugar
7 tbsp tapioca flour
16 tbsp rice flour
1 glass coconut milk (=200 gr)
1 tsp oil
½ tbsp instant yeast
Salt to taste
How to make:
- Mix rice flour and tapioca in one place, stir well. Then put in it also the sugar and yeast, stir again.
- Add oil and coconut oil in the mixture, just do it slowly and little by little at a time, stir.
- Let it rest for around 1 hour before cook.
- Prepare the pan for cooking, grease it well with oil.
- Add salt in to the mixture now and stir it well several times before cook.
- Take the mixture using a big vegetable spoon and apply it on the pan gently, press slowly the mixture on the pan with the back side of the spoon, so the mixture will slightly go over surround the pan and this will produce a crispy side of the cake.
- Put the lid on it. Let it sit on the pan around 7 minutes with low heat of fire. Then open the cake and check whether there are some small holes formed on the cake. Turn the other side of the cake for like 2 minutes. Put the lid on again.
- Take the cake from the pan and place it on to the plate.
- Ready to enjoy!
